Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when your items have been shipped.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Nigeria (Local Shipping):

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)

International Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on your location

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Note: International delivery times may vary due to customs or local delivery processes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey.

Delays and Issues

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
